Rosemary Leung joined CIRCA in 2012 as Director of CIRCA Hong Kong. Born and raised in Hong Kong, she pursued her passion for jewels and is considered one of the foremost experts in Art Deco jewelry. Leung holds a B.S. in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern Queensland and is certified in diamond grading by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
