Hilary joined CIRCA in 2022 as Director of CIRCA Newport Beach. Prior to joining CIRCA, Hilary was a Fine Jewelry and Watch Valuation Manager for a leading authenticated luxury consignment company. Hilary holds a B.A. in History from The University of California, Berkeley and received her Graduate Gemologist Designation from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
