When you enter the lobby, someone at the security desk can help point you toward our office. Once inside, you can check in with our receptionist. Please note that our Short Hills office is in a shared space so there is no CIRCA signage.

Jeffrey Singer is the Co-Founder and Senior Vice President of CIRCA. Mr. Singer, who comes from a long line of jewelers, oversees our New York, Short Hills, and Greenwich offices. Jeffrey is also a founding member of the New York Jewelers Group and in 2010 was elected into the 24 Karat Club of New York, an elite invite-only club serving the jewelry industry and limited to only 200 members.
